Our watch repair and service team members are:
Anthony, Mike, Derick, & Tai

Derick is our service manager. He will make sure your time piece is well looked after. Derick is the contact person for all incoming and outgoing watch or service repairs. When your time piece comes in, he logs it in and assigns a routing number to it. He will be able to answer your questions about cost of the service and when one can expect it to be done.

Anthony, a partner in Jackson Square, oversees our watch makers and the needs they may have. This would include watch parts, technical tools of the trade, and keeping up with latest technical innovations coming from Switzerland and Germany. He also oversees any of the ongoing training seminars that our team needs to attend.

Mike and Tai are our main bench Watch Makers. They have a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience when it comes to the care of fine time pieces. They are very skilled watch makers, and Rolex is their specialty.
