We make it very easy for you ship your watch to us. Please use the Contact Us form to let us know you are interested in having your time piece serviced or fixed. Once we have all your contact information, we will send you a special shipping box for you to use when sending your watch to us. We will include the shipping label with our address already on it. We will also have a blank copy of the Watch repair contact form there for you to complete and send back to us with your watch.

The actual shipping we recommend can be done 2 ways:
-US Post office. They offer the least expensive and most secure way to send a package. We recommend register insured mailing. The insurance value will depend on the value of your watch. The Post Office will insure up to a $25,000 value at a very reasonable cost.

- UPS. They too offer insurance but the cost is higher. The UPS clerk can help you with that. For some, UPS is more convenient.

Once we receive your package, we will notify you and very soon afterwards, give you an estimate. If they estimate is approved, we will proceed with the service. If not we will ship your watch back to you in a timely manner.
