Having purchased my Rolex from you, I knew that you would take care of me when I discovered fogging in my watch on my vacation. Right away I called your store and asked what I could do about it. You said to unscrew the crown and place a hair dryer near (but not too close), and that this would help the watch dry out. You also told me to come into the store ASAP when I returned. The next day the 1st thing I did was to come in. My watch was immediately taken to the watch maker. After about 5 to 10 minutes, Derrick came back and said it was not too bad and that my Rolex would be fine. All I needed was a complete service and it would be good as new. Thank you Jackson Square!

After inheriting my Dad's Vacheron Constantin, I looked around for a watch repair place to have it cleaned and oiled. The first two places I went to, I didn't get a good feeling about it. It seemed like they were not comfortable working on my Dad's watch. I then did a search on the web for Vacheron Constantin watch stores and found Jackson Square. As soon as I went in, I could feel the difference. Three weeks later, Dad's watch came back looking better than I remember it and it has been keeping good time ever since.
